A: To order your telephone service, contact Verizon at 315-890-7100. When you call to order your phone service, the Verizon service representative will ask for the following information:
- Your complete name and address
- The kind of service that your are requesting
- The name of the long-distance carrier that you have chosen
- How you would like your directory listing to appear
- Your previous address and telephone number
- Other credit information
